UEFA has launched an invitation to tender (ITT) process for the supplier rights for the official match ball in relation to the qualification matches for UEFA EURO 2016 and the European qualification matches for the 2018 FIFA World Cup.

Interested parties will have to submit their bids by Tuesday 18 December at 17.00CET. Until Thursday 22 November, qualified parties (international ball manufacturing companies) may register their interest in receiving the ITT documents by emailing: ITTofficialmatchball@CAA11.com.

After certain formalities, qualified parties will then be provided with the tender documents on Friday 23 November, the official launch date of the tender process.

Included in the set of rights is the unique opportunity to design, produce and market the official match ball for the European qualifiers. The successful party will have the chance to develop a long-term partnership with UEFA and to contribute to the promotion of national team football.

The tender process will be administered by CAA Eleven, the exclusive marketing agency of UEFA for the European qualifiers, on behalf of UEFA.
